I do believe that if you are satisfied with your job, you will be motivated to work harder. I think it is important that I love what I’m doing, I enjoy working with my colleague in this healthy environment, and there are growth opportunities.

I really appreciate it when someone recognized or appreciated my work or efforts. It motivates me to always do my best and to improve myself or my skills.
